It was clean. It was cool. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a vent and good lighting. The shower had good water pressure. The tv was large and easy to use. The breakfast was good. All staff was friendly and kind.

I love that the property has a wonderful pool, a large breakfast area, cozy outdoor seating and is very close to several different activities so that we don’t have to drive far. It’s a wonderful location.

I liked the sea view. I liked the ease of getting to the beach. I liked that we had two chairs and an umbrella available for the beach. I liked that the outlet was super close to the properties.

This is our go-to hotel on the way to Texas from the East Coast to see family. It is clean. the staff is friendly. The breakfast is good and the location is very nice, especially being near Jackson (have to be careful around Jackson). Great shopping and dining nearby and safe. Highly recommend.

This was our first stay in this hotel. We come to Jackson every year for the state basketball championship. We have had bad experiences at the hotels in downtown Jackson so we decided to try Pearl. I am so glad we did. Everything at this hotel was great. Staff was very attentive. Breakfast was great.
